Mark was great, and relaxed buying process I bought my 2013 Lexus ES350 from Thomas a couple weeks ago now and could not be happier with my decision and experience with Mark, my salesperson. I I bought my 2013 Lexus ES350 from Thomas a couple weeks ago now and could not be happier with my decision and experience with Mark, my salesperson. I even had an issue with the 2nd key not belonging to my car. But Mark and Nate took good care of me and got me a new key ordered and programmed on the house. The purchase experience was very relaxed and low pressure. Mark answered all my questions and was very fair during the negotiation, not the constant back and forth or hidden costs that other dealerships put you through. The only thing that is causing me to take a star away is Tom in finance tried to initially put me in a loan that was over 5%, it would have deferred my payments starting until March 2017. But I have excellent credit and there is no reason I should be paying over 5% on my loan. So, I had to prove I did some research and my rate should be under 3% and Tom was able to find me the same rates I had found, which i was happy about. Overall I had about as good of car buying experience as you could expect and I would highly recommend Mark and Thomas Toyota. More

Great experience with new vehicle purchase We were in the market for a new vehicle. We were deciding between a Rav 4 or a Honda Crv. We went to the Toyota dealership first as we were trading a 10 year old Rav 4. We never went to look at the Crv, we were treating very fairly and settled on a good price that worked well for us and the dealership. Our salesperson Walter Sibley was excellent with his friendliness and his thorough knowledge of the vehicle. We ask ed numerous questions about all the different features of the vehicle and Walter knew almost everything that we asked. You could tell that he really knew about the vehicles that he was selling. This was our first experience with this dealership and we would definitely recommend it to anyone in the search for a new car. More
