Best car buying experience!! I went to Thomas Toyota today to check out a 2016 Hyundai Sonata that I had my eye on all week. I was greeted by Jeremy Crockett. He shook my hand and I went to Thomas Toyota today to check out a 2016 Hyundai Sonata that I had my eye on all week. I was greeted by Jeremy Crockett. He shook my hand and introduced himself and immediately took me to the car and handed me the keys. We went for a quick test drive and while I drove, we chatting about what type of vehicle I was looking for so that he could get an idea of what we had to work with. I told him that if I felt that he was honest with me, then he would have a lasting customer in me. Jeremy took the time to explain how the process would work, he was very friendly, very efficient but most of all, kept the process flowing. The finance part was a little longer, but once the paperwork was ready, it was time to do all that signing with Tom, who was a hoot to chat with. Jeremy made the process of buying a car the best buying experience because I was able to buy a new care in 2-1/2 hours!! I came in at 1pm and drove out with my new 2016 Hyundai Sonata at 3:30. THE fastest car buying experience EVER!! Thank you Jeremy for making this experience AWESOME!
