My name is Sharon Ward and I first rated this dealership on June 25th. My review has been taken down off the Romeoville Toyota site since then. I brought my car in for an oil change and drive out with a muffler issue which they claim they could now fix for $495.26. My car was in perfect condition. I left there and had it inspected by a certified mechanic and he confirmed it was tampered with and it is still in perfect condition not needing and repair whatsoever!!! I do not recommend going to this establishment do to there lack of professionalism and fraudulent behavior. More

I guess I will start by getting right to to point. These are not false accusations I have pictures and documentations from an outside source. Trust and integrity is a xxxx of a thing to lose with such a large organization as Toyota I trusted you. It makes me sick with worry as to how many others have fallen for the same scam. More

If you are looking to pay top dollar for an auto repair I highly recommend Romeoville Toyota. To be clear, their pricing, at first glance seems reputable! That though is where it stops being fair and a value to have work done at this business. The dearship is making gross and obnoxious profit off loyal customers in the area of parts markups. When I receive my bill I was shocked and believed it was a computer error. In fact, the dealership derives profits in much the same ways as an old school used car lot or a sleight of hand finance manager selling customers useless products before a car signing. In the case of my repair, I will focus on the ignition coil replacement, I was charged $1900 for 6 coils pushing my repair bill to $3,600.00 after taxes. From my research the coils, most, should not have exceeded $740. I was charged more than 100% more than the best coils I could find in the OME market. One local garage told me that it would have costed me $2100 at his business. Romeoville Toyota has made an enemy of my business! More

Kimberly Quintero tried selling me an extended warranty. I kept telling her I didn't want it but she wouldn't let up. I think I knew more about the vehicle than her and the salesman combined.
