Poor service and don't keep there word! Typical sales pitch! Went in for tire rotation they never rotated tires and I know they didn't do the because I have something on a particular rim and it's in the same spo Went in for tire rotation they never rotated tires and I know they didn't do the because I have something on a particular rim and it's in the same spot I'm giving up with Thomas toyota on Jefferson and they did not give me my complimentary wash and I thought oil changes were performed every 5000 miles apparently it's 10000 miles says the service guy who really seems to hate his job I buy a brand new 2016 camry xse a few months back if I knew I would of dealt with this type of service I would have never bought my car there.so today was a pointless day and a waste of time and don't buy a black car because they hate hand washing them. More
Nice salespeole - Shady financing - Be very, very careful. Had a good salesperson, but when I went to the financing area, there were "clerical errors" to the tune of about $3,000!!!! First the agreed on price Had a good salesperson, but when I went to the financing area, there were "clerical errors" to the tune of about $3,000!!!! First the agreed on price of the car was "mistakenly typed in", then the amount of the extended warranty "accidentally" got entered as $1,500, and then he "thought I said "Yes"" to the $895 extra insurance on the car when neither my wife, nor myself had even heard the question, and if we HAD, we would have declined as we already had Comprehensive insurance. They DID wind up fixing the "mistakes", but if I didn't catch them in the first place, then I would have been screwed for over $3,000. I wonder how many other customers have been victims of those "mistakes" and they were never caught? Or, am I the lucky ONLY one that has happened to? I also wonder how many times those "mistakes" have happened in the CUSTOMERS favor? I am guessing....none. More

After some research and visits to dealers of multiple manufacturers we decided the Toyota Tundra was the truck for us. We ultimately purchased at Thomas Toyota in a large part due to our salesman Greg Perez. Greg was knowledgeable, informative and answered all our questions in a friendly manner. We met with salesmen of many manufacturers/dealerships during this process. As such, I appreciated that Greg addressed my comments and questions by conversing directly with me rather than through my husband as so many salesmen seem to do. Thomas Toyota has the tools in place to remove much headache associated with this type of purchase. More
