When he didn't know the answer to one of my 5000 off the wall questions, he went and found the answer. He did everything he could to help me make a informed decision as to which car to buy, and I was looking at as many as four different models! He was quick to offer test rides in each one, and in fact a second round of test drives when I brought my wife in. And when I still had trouble deciding, he arranged to let me take one of the vehicles home overnight. In fact, Javier even came into the dealership on his day off just to make sure I was taken care of! There is no question that when I am ready to purchase the next car, I will be looking for Javier's face at Thomas Toyota of Joliet! More
