Great Experience Great Sales Person My husband and I went to Thomas Toyota after getting an e-price on a particular 2016 Corolla. We were greeted by Rich Hoff - who shortly after our arrival, came to find out that the car we came to test drive and possibly purchase was just sold earlier that afternoon. Rich took the time to find the color I was interested, and showed me other color options, in case he couldn't find the particular color I wanted. After test driving a silver Corolla, and mentioning in the passing - I would consider that car, if it had a sun roof. Rich came up with a different model Corolla, black, with a sunroof - in the price range - in fact, even better priced than the Corolla I originally wanted to test drive. The minute I saw it, I knew it was my car - he hit the nail on the head!! I later found out after all the time Rich spent with us, he was supposed to get off at 6. He really went above and beyond to find a car I was happy with. I appreciated his time, effort, and professionalism through the whole process. I would definitely recommend seeing Rich to anyone and to Thomas Toyota if they were thinking about buying a Toyota More

We had a general idea what we were looking for, a Highlander, but had a lot of questions. Mark did a great job of not only answering our quesitons, but arranged for us to drive several versions of the Highlander to make sure we knew how they were to drive and get a feel for the different models. Mark made it clear he was focused on making sure we were comfortable and had all of our questions answered. We were very impressed and decided to buy a 2016 Highlander. Thomas's pricing policy made the process much easier than past car purchases and was very competitively priced. The financing process with John was smooth and straightforward and when we were done Mark made sure that we met Sal, Nate and Mike. They were sincerely interested in making sure we were pleased with our purchase. Without a doubt, we are very pleased! Penny foolish. Bought a new Toyota Camry Hybrid at this dealer. Came with 2 year free oil change and rotation maintenance. Brought it in at 2 years for the oil change and rotation. Was told that I would have to pay because my 2 years expired 2 days ago. The service advisor did not care. So I did not have them perform the service because they did not deserve my business. I also bought a new Toyota recently, but intentionally at a different dealer. Their trying to save less than $50 cost them a $40,000 sale. More
