Honest, Straight Forward and Professional My experience with Thomas Toyota was exactly what I expected it to be as it was my third purchase from this dealership. As an industry, it's looked u My experience with Thomas Toyota was exactly what I expected it to be as it was my third purchase from this dealership. As an industry, it's looked upon negatively and it appears Thomas is doing their best to turn that perception around. I had been to a competing dealership two days beforehand and was IMMEDIATELY turned off before parking the car as there were three salesman smoking cigarettes and cigars while blocking the front door. Horrible. Fortunately, this unprofessionalism was not witnessed at Thomas. Super great employees (I can't call them salesman because they didn't ACT like salesmen), great sense of humor and very professional from start to finish. I would feel comfortable recommending ANYONE who is looking for a fair price, honest people and a great car buying experience to Thomas Toyota. Great job guys!! More
