Better than expected I walked into this place expecting to drop off my information so numbers could be worked out and immediately leave. I had originally been in touch with others the year before and then others the day before going in and I was dissatisfied with the overall experience. My main request was to receive honesty from the beginning. I did not want a run around and did not want to be sold a vehicle. I wanted to discuss numbers. Now the car buying process is long and in order to do numbers, a specific car has to be decided on. When Mark approached me, I did not want to speak to him. I had been referred to Nate. So Nate came to greet me and explained that Mark would help. I still didn't want to deal with Mark, but I figured I'd go with the flow until I got upset again from being given the run around. I can tell you that never happened. Mark made me comfortable and made me laugh from the start to the finish. He was personable, attentive, detail oriented, and really took an interest in my overall buying experience. He made sure I was happy all the way through. It takes a special person to bring that good side of me out when purchasing a car. Especially because it's such a stressful task. Mark was outstanding! I believe the finance manager that assisted was John, and he too was outstanding. Typically men in these positions are uptight and have a dry personality that doesn't allow them to connect with customers. This was not the case with either of these men. John was straight forward and genuine. Both left all decisions for me to make. I was never pressured to make a purchase. I thank them greatly for making this the BEST car buying experience I've had in the 16 years I've been financing cars!!! I would visit them again! More
