Mark Robles (Thomas Toyota's HERO to dealership FEAR) After debating(dreading) weather to step foot into the building for several weeks I finally decided to go in take on the sales reps. I was very undeci After debating(dreading) weather to step foot into the building for several weeks I finally decided to go in take on the sales reps. I was very undecided on weather purchasing a vehicle would be a good idea and just the thought of being attacked by the sales reps. was terrifying! (Due to previous experience at other dealerships in previous years) But I had a speech of MY own (needs/wants) ready to blur out. All of a sudden I didn't need my speech any longer, because that's when Mark greeted my family and I, he very courteous and respectful (didn't try to tackle us down with the usual sales rep. speech) The environment all of a sudden changed, I no longer felt like I was going to be walking in to the dungeon of harassment. Bottom line Mark asked us what we were looking for and gave awesome advise, he showed us exactly what we wanted. No strings attached, stress free and smooth process. When first walking in I had the decision not to purchase a car at the time but the excellent experience and feed back changed all that and that's when in a blink of an eye I drove out in a wonderful Toyota Rav4.
