Mark Robles (Thomas Toyota's HERO to dealership FEAR) After debating(dreading) weather to step foot into the building for several weeks I finally decided to go in take on the sales reps. I was very undeci After debating(dreading) weather to step foot into the building for several weeks I finally decided to go in take on the sales reps. I was very undecided on weather purchasing a vehicle would be a good idea and just the thought of being attacked by the sales reps. was terrifying! (Due to previous experience at other dealerships in previous years) But I had a speech of MY own (needs/wants) ready to blur out. All of a sudden I didn't need my speech any longer, because that's when Mark greeted my family and I, he very courteous and respectful (didn't try to tackle us down with the usual sales rep. speech) The environment all of a sudden changed, I no longer felt like I was going to be walking in to the dungeon of harassment. Bottom line Mark asked us what we were looking for and gave awesome advise, he showed us exactly what we wanted. No strings attached, stress free and smooth process. When first walking in I had the decision not to purchase a car at the time but the excellent experience and feed back changed all that and that's when in a blink of an eye I drove out in a wonderful Toyota Rav4. Keep up the excellent service and I hope everyone had a great experience just as I did! Thank you Thomas Toyota for having excellent sales rep. like Mark! MY EXPIERENCE WITH THOMAS TOYOTA Initially I phoned Thomas Toyota, to speak with a sales person. I spoke with Diamonte who invited me into the dealership to look around. When I got there he introduced me to Jason Caruthers in sales. Jason was exceptional! At his request I test drove a 2016 Camry LE. At my request I test drove a 2016 Corolla. I decided on a 2016 Camry LE, only it HAD to be SILVER. We came to an agreement on a price, and the Jason & Nate Ragens went about locating a Silver Camry. Jason also introduced me to Jermane, in service, who would be my go to person if I had a service issue. I am now the proud owner of a 2016 SILVER Toyota Camry LE. Which by the way I could not find anywhere else. Everyone I met at Thomas Toyota, especially Jason were friendly, considerate, knowledgeable, polite, and not pushy at all. Which is why I now have a new 2016 SILVER Toyota Camry.. More
professionalism is sometimes lost I have been a two patron of Thomas Toyota. Me, my Girlfriend, and both Parents have purchased vehicles there. I was sad to hear of a service associate I have been a two patron of Thomas Toyota. Me, my Girlfriend, and both Parents have purchased vehicles there. I was sad to hear of a service associate, Henry, was no longer there. I had an issue with a service visit about three months ago and Henry was the only one that tried to deal with the problem. He offered all he could to make me a satisfied customer, but obviously he was not in a position to offer what I thought was an adequate solution. I voiced concern and like I said, he listened and tried the best he could do. I followed up with management. First, the service manager. Then, I called and left messages, but no return. I then called the main number and left voice mail. Once again, no one returned call. I then called two weeks later and finally had the opportunity to speak to someone, Diamante, who listened to my call and promised to call me back after speaking to management team. He didn't return call. So, one day I came in with my Girlfriend's car and seen Mark Robles, who I have dealt with several times before, and he listened to my complaint and immediately walked me over to Jermaine Halloway. They both listened and immediately, Jermaine offered a solution. I knew Jermaine from my purchasing experience two years ago. I recently visited Thomas and Jermaine did what he said he was going to do and stuck to his word. Mark and Jermaine were the only two that listened and sought a resolution right away. No broken promises of services and superb customer service. If these two were not there, I probably would not visit Thomas or speak highly to friends or family. Please keep these two men. You have already lost one and can't afford to lose anymore men who are professional and stick to their word. More
