They advertized a low price for service and offered a further service discount if I took a test ride. Since I'm in the market for a new car and my old one needs an oil change it worked well for me. I was greeted by Jose Barrera, Sales Consultant, who spent the next hour showing me the details of the Avalon. He knows his cars and any question he couldn't answer immediately he found the answer for me. I had brief interactions with the Service Manager and the Sales Manager, both were helpful. Thomas Toyota is a "one price" dealership and their price on the Avalon is the best I can find. More

Good dealership, facilities inside need to be improved. I shopped around a lot before finally deciding to stop by at Thomas Toyota. Jason the Sales person was very nice and helpful. He was nice enough to work with me and show me all the options. The Sales manager was good too as he gave a firm number for the lease which he guaranteed would remain unchanged until my next visit. This was the most important factor in me deciding to get a car from Thomas Toyota. Unlike other places who throw random numbers only for the actual numbers to go up drastically when you visit the dealership, this place is real and authentic in its numbers. The color options were very limited for the 2016 Toyota Corolla which I ended up getting, that is one thing that could improve. The area inside the dealership is perhaps the most ordinary among all Toyota dealerships that I visited during my research. That is one thing that can be improved, the coffee facilities etc., were dirty and for the most part out of coffee. I also want to mention that Jason, my sales person came to the dealership on his day off just to facilitate me with the whole buying process. He was very nice, informative and helpful, unfortunately he had to leave soon due to personal reasons. I still appreciate him coming in on his day off just to help me out. Though once I signed the lease I was just wandering around trying to find someone to answer a few more questions I had. The mileage on the lease agreement was written incorrectly and thankfully I was able to notice it before leaving. Even after I mentioned the correct mileage on the car they still wrote the incorrect mileage the second time! this time missing it only by 1 mile! Overall my experience was good and I would definitely recommend people to get a car from this place. More
