Abbie was great! Abbie really took the time to help me pick the right car for me. She knew I had always had civics and was looking for a change. She was really great at asking me what I was looking for in a car. She asked me about fuel economy, space, technology, and overall look what I wanted. We went to test drive the prius, prius v, and prius c. She made sure to go over the basics before the drives and then when we got back she answered any questions I had and even showed me more about each car. She is knowledgeable about what she sells. Abbie has a passion for what she does and I appreciate the time she took with me. She was great with follow ups as well. When I came back a couple days after the sale, she saw me immediately, greeted me by name and went right into helping me. While waiting, any staff that walked by asked if I needed anything or if they could offer me a beverage. The service team was great at looking over my car after it was selected and cleaning it. Everyone there has great attitudes that talked to me. More

The salesman was EXTREMELY patient with me which I really appreciate and more than willing to find a car that was a good fit and would make me happy. I left a little unsure (because IT'S MY 1ST NEW CAR) but now, I'm really happy with the vehicle. He even took the time to follow up a few days later which I appreciated. Good guy. More

Spur of moment service I was off work today and knew I needed my headlight fixed (I tried changing myself but it didn't work) so I figured more was wrong. I just showed up and to my surprise they got me right in and fixed the problem. Jermanine Holloway was my service advisor and he kept me in the loop and made sure I wanted the changes done instead of just doing it and then charging me. I asked to make an appointment to come back for my brakes because I also knew there was something wrong with them but figured that would take much longer to fix but Jesse s (automotive tech) said he had no problem checking and fixing it if I had the time. I was there for about 3 1/2 hours but honestly, it was worth it, they were amazing and I was so thankful they got me right in. They are also reasonably priced. If your someone who is last minute and bad at making appointments go here! More
