New car purchase 8/22 I came in with my son and bought a new car. I informed them he had to be at a soccer game by noon, I came in at 9 am and we were all done by 11. They made sure we didn't miss his game all while answering any questions I had, going on a test drive, and finalizing the purchase. It was all very easy and not at all stressful. The salesman was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The gentleman who handled the finance portion was also super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He answered all my questions and helped come up with a plan to best suit me and my budget. I came into the dealership with an idea of what I wanted, and they never once tried to force me to look at something I did not want, or more importantly something that was out of my price range. They listened to what I wanted then went from there, which made the experience much less stressful. I would definitely recommend this dealer. More

Respect and Friendly I have been purchasing my vehicles from another dealership for 25 or so years, and, from the same person who has been at that same dealership for appr I have been purchasing my vehicles from another dealership for 25 or so years, and, from the same person who has been at that same dealership for approximately 30 years, so needless to say, I was a bit nervous doing business with another dealership. My fears were put to rest when I was introduced to Walter, Giovanni and Kevin from the Finance Department. Each one of these gentlemen were extremely professional and helpful and made my buying experience a pleasure. My former dealership was unable to provide the kind of vehicle I was looking for and I almost gave up hope after visiting four other dealerships who wasted my time promising that the car I wanted was at their shop, was invited to come and take a look at the car, had all the features I was looking for, only to be told that unfortunately those features were not on "this particular vehicle, but if I would like to put a sum of money down to show good faith", they would make an effort to find the vehicle. Also, they did not offer a plan where I could take the car to my mechanic to have the car gone over to see if there was anything that needed attention. They did however offer a plan where I could pay for the vehicle and then take it where I wanted, and if it didn't measure up to standards, I could 'EXCHANGE IT' for another. What a deal!!!, but no thank you. In closing, let me say a few words of praise for my salesman Walter. He is first of all knowledgeable, helpful, fun to do business with and last but certainly not least, professional. I am so grateful that I now have 2 great places where I can find the vehicle of my choice and not have to worry that I am being taken advantage of and taken to the cleaners, so to speak. Thank you Thomas Toyota, and once again many thanks to Giovanni, Walter and Kevin. More
