She thoroughly went over all of the features on the car and answered all of my questions. She made me feel confident that I was making the correct decision on the vehicle choice and the dealership choice. Kayla is as good of a salesperson anyone could have. There is not a single thing that she could have done better. Mitch, the sales manager, is also good. He took time to explain in detail how he determined the value of my trade in vehicle. Garrett, the manager who prepared the paperwork, had all of the papers organized and made the signing process go as efficiently as possible. Mitch and Garrett are both friendly as well. I have bought used there previously as have both my husband and my daughter. These cars make #5 & #6 from Thomas Toyota. Both of us were very happy with our salesman, Junior. We really liked the new no haggle pricing and the no commission atmosphere. Everyone was happy and cooperative with each other rather than competitive. Junior was able to focus on getting us into the car we wanted rather than the car that would get him the biggest commission check. Highly recommend. More
