We Own 3 Vehicles and Our Toyota is Our Favorite My husband said for a few years that we had to look at a Prius. I didn't know what he was talking about. We drove back and forth from Illinois to Flor My husband said for a few years that we had to look at a Prius. I didn't know what he was talking about. We drove back and forth from Illinois to Florida since 1998. Most of those years we used his Ford F-150 truck. That way we could load all our much needed stuff to take back and forth. Problem was, it cost us over $75 everytime we filled up. Finally one year he said "this year we're getting a Prius. So we went to Thomas Toyota, right down the street. We loved everything from test driving around Joliet, dealing with the salesman and more. We ended up getting a Prius V. I didn't believe it when our salesman said we could go to Florida and only would have to fill our 10 gallon tank twice. He was right. We love everything about the Prius. The heated seats, the gas mileage, the room for our golf clubs and our trips to Florida. We still have the Ford and also own a Mercury Grand Marquis. But our favorite out of them all is the Prius V. We let everyone know that we love it and couldn't live without it. More

Great Team, Seamless Process The first time I stopped in to test drive the Prius, I expected a heavy-handed sales pitch, but was pleasantly surprised when that didn't happen. Dave The first time I stopped in to test drive the Prius, I expected a heavy-handed sales pitch, but was pleasantly surprised when that didn't happen. Dave was understanding about my not wanting to make a commitment that day and did not pressure me to buy (very different from my past experiences with other dealerships). Knowing I wasn't buying that day, Dave still patiently discussed the Prius. When I came back a couple days later, I worked with Abbie who was also very knowledgeable and helpful. She patiently explained the vehicles I was interested in, as well as setting me up to test-drive two of them. When it came time to purchase my Prius, the entire process could not have been smoother, I am very pleased with the outcome. The finance rep was efficient, helpful and made sure I understood everything. When I left the finance office, Abbey had my new car all ready for me to drive home. She even pulled my old car into the service bay so I wouldn't have to transfer my belongings to my new car in the rain. I'm very happy with my new car and grateful for the ease of the transaction!
