My family had been a big fan of Thomas Toyota for years now, having bought two cars and a truck already. Not only do they have the best prices in comparison to other dealerships, their staff in very friendly, and they have the best after sale service. I met Jason Caruthers, who took care of me and showed me several models of Camry from LE, SE, XLE to Camry Hybrid. Jason is very cool, polite and knowledgeable. He took his time showing me different models explaining the features and even took the hassle of finding me one in my favorite Black color. Not being your typical Salesman, Jason answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I came in to buy a Toyota Camry LE and at the end of the day, left with a Toyota Camry SE (IN BLACK). A special thanks to Matt Richards (the Manager) who explained to me my Financing Options and even helped me in getting a lower monthly rate. The paperwork was fast and hassle free. All in all, it was a great pleasure dealing with Jason, Mat, Ryan (Financing Dept) and the team and I would recommend Thomas Toyota Dealership in a heartbeat, even better if you get Jason Caruthers to take care of you. I have been a fan of the Toyota brand for years, owned a Toyota Camry 2002 before this and absolutely love my new 2015 Toyota Camry SE. Cheers! More

Painless I have bought many cars over the years but this was by far the easiest, most painless transaction ever. I was waiting for my lease to end and for Toy I have bought many cars over the years but this was by far the easiest, most painless transaction ever. I was waiting for my lease to end and for Toyota to offer lease deals on a Sienna. When they did, I call a sales manager and had him figure out the deal for me over the phone. It was just a few calls (maybe 20 minutes on the phone total) and we were done. I already knew their inventory from the website so I told him which one I liked. Then came the question, "when can you come in to complete the deal?". This was a wednesday evening and I couldn't get free until Saturday. They said, "is there any way we could do this sooner?". I said that the only way that could be done is if they brought all the papers to my house along with the car. It was crazy, but they did exactly that. The next day they brought all the paperwork and the car, in immaculate condition, and we finished the paperwork in under 30 minutes. A world record I do believe. Jim Judy was the customer rep who brought the car over along with the contracts and he did a wonderful job. I would recommend Thomas Toyota to all those internet savvy, smart shoppers. They know that we know what the prices are and they will still do their best to please you with perks and service. We told Abbie we wanted a new Minivan for our expanding family and she took it from there. We were very impressed by her knowledge of the vehicles and how they could most fit the growing needs of our family. She was very personable and friendly. She truly made us feel like our family was in her greatest interest. We also received a better than fair trade in for our vehicle. My wife is 8 months pregnant and during our business dealings she became very hungry. We met the manager Michael Gors and he gave us a menu to a restaurant nearby. We told him what we would like to order and he took care of the ordering for us. In a short time our food was there and we were out the door with a brand new Sienna. Thank you Abbie and Michael. As I was looking on the internet for Toyota dealerships I ran across Thomas Toyota's website. After a quick look around their website, my wife and I decided to stop in there and take a look. We are extremely happy we made that choice. From the moment we pulled on the lot we were pleased with the entire experience. After parking, we took a couple of minutes to look around at the various cars on the lot. When we were ready to speak with someone we headed for the front door and were met by George Kliros as we got to the door. He was very easy to work with and genuinely interested in helping us find what we were looking for. He listened to what we had to say and then showed us the cars that met our requirements. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed while dealing with George or any of the other people at Thomas Toyota. After selecting a car, George set it up and we took it for a test drive during which he answered all of our questions and explained the features of this particular car. My wife and I really liked the fact that everything about the price of the car was so upfront and there was no need to negotiate back and forth about the price of the car. Having done my homework ahead of time on the internet, and having visited a couple of other dealerships, I knew the price they were asking for this car was a good deal. When my wife and I decided to make the purchase, George helped get the process started and handed us off the Colin Gavin to complete all the paperwork for financing.financing. Colin was also very helpful and thoroughly explained every step as we completed the purchase. After completing all the paperwork, George presented us with the keys to our new vehicle and then took the time to make sure we knew where all the controls were located in the car and helped me set up my phone so that it worked with the car's bluetooth system. My wife and I are so pleased with our experience at Thomas Toyota that we have already discussed starting here when we need to replace her vehicle or help our children to shop for their first new car as they each graduate from college the next couple of years.
