Well, what more can I say than that was an awesome experience the moment we walked in and everybody was so nice to us. George Kliros was the sales person that helped getting the car ready and getting us the best finance option - such a nice person - and also George Hylek from Finance dep. helped us get thru with all the paperwork. Me and my dad decided it was time to buy a new vehicle and living in Wisconsin and trying to buy a vehicle is not such an easy thing if your a Latino. So that's why we decided to go down to a area we were more familiar with. After searching through a couple of dealers we almost settled on one that was quite known for ripping people off. That's when a uncle of mine told us off a dealer that he had test driven the vehicle we were after a 2015 4runner. My uncle then sent out small text to a sales rep named Anastacio. To see if the 4runner was still up for sale. That small text saved us from buying the same vehicle but 10k $ more at the dealership on Western in Chicago. That night we headed on over to Thomas toyota of Joliet were they stayed open on extra 2 hours for us. That's when Anastacio told us of the goods and the bads. He gave us a awesome second time car shopping experience. Words cannot describe how great of a sales rep Anastacio is. More

Great Customer Service & Will Fight For The Car You Want Came in to get a car and found out the accident I was in two weeks prior that resulted in a total was killing my chance of getting a car. I thought I couldn't get a car and possible financing, but Anthony Mazany in financing made it happen. I was turned down repeatedly from them banks, yet he found me one that would help. Then to make it better, the car was as is, but I was able to find an affordable one. The sales representative Ethan was spot on about the car I got. At first I was against it, but he helped me feel more comfortable and confident. With all I've been through the last few weeks since when my car was hit, I can finally take a breather and relax. No more paying for a rental, now i have my own car. More

Above and Beyond. I was recently forced to trade in my 2012 Toyota Corolla LE for a cheaper car, due to financial issues. I was very sick and almost lost my life. Belie I was recently forced to trade in my 2012 Toyota Corolla LE for a cheaper car, due to financial issues. I was very sick and almost lost my life. Believe me I didn't want to do this, Unfortunately I had no choice. I love Toyota's. Well I had to wait a period of time for the check in proceeds from Toyota. Well to make a long story short, Thomas Toyota's Matt Richards the Sales Manager went out of his way and after speaking to his superiors and really showing the kind of heart he has, went to bat for me and was able to find the a way to get the check in my hand. I am so very grateful to him. Words are hard to show my gratitude for his efforts. Your company is lucky to have a man like Matt Richards. In my opinion one outstanding Sales manager. I would also like to give my thanks to Don Thomas the Salesmen who worked very hard to get me an outstanding deal. There efforts are a credit to themselves and the Toyota corporation.
