Got my approval over the phone all I had to do was test drive the car sign off on the paperwork and I was out of there. This is exactly the way I like to buy my car I don't like to spend 4 - 6 hours buying a vehicle so thanks to Tina I didn't have to. Tony in finance is the guy I'd highly recommend most finance guys seem confused but Tony knew exactly what he was doing and did it quick just the way I expected. I went to pick up him and his friend up from the dealership. He saw a beautiful red prius in the show room.I was in my car and he pointed at it for me to look at. I parked my car and walked inside and asked for Jermaine. He is the gentleman that I have established a sales relationship with in the past and every time my dad and I go to get his oil changed we always chat with him. Jermaine has made our commitment with Thomas Toyota. Walter Sibley was immediately ready to help when I found out Jermaine was not working and I asked for a manager or a seasoned salesman. My dad already talked to David Hauge and I didn't know that but found out really quick. Well dad talked to me about the car and David was very kind to my father but was not able to answer some of our questions and Walter was extremely knowledgeable and willing to help David and us with our questions. We were able to arrange an agreeable price. Colin was the Finance manger that completed th paperwork for us and also was pleasant and Made the paperwork effortless. We worked with him on dad's last prius we bought there. Walter was awesome. He guided David and worked on his own sales throughout our visit. There were a number of reasons that brought me back to Thomas, including: Quality (vehicle), excellent pricing, lifetime warranty, and my experience from the first car I purchased from Thomas, which was nothing short of outstanding. I enjoyed talking with Carmen. She is friendly, product knowledgeable, and very much customer orientated. There were no dealer comparisons, or talk about anything other than Thomas and the Corolla. She pointed out all of the relevant points of the car before we took a test drive. The test drive went great. I did most of the testing in a parking lot (my choice) as I wanted to see how the car responded to turns, etc. I have no problem whatsoever in recommending Carmen and Thomas to anyone looking for a great experience in buying a car. Since I was by myself and had my own car, Carmen was gracious in driving one my cars home. Thank you Carmen and Thomas for another wonderful buying experience! More

Nathan confirmed the car was still available, pulled the car to the front of the building, and set me up with a sales representative (Jason) before I even made it to the dealership. When I entered the dealership I was immediately greeted by Jason who had the car ready to go for a test drive. While on the test drive, Jason educated me about the basic functions of the car and graciously put up with the fact that I got us lost on the test drive. Due to months of searching, research and experience with Hondas, I knew I was interested in purchasing the car by the time we got back to the dealership. Colin was hospitable and answered my questions, suggested extended warranties due to the high volume of miles I put on my cars, and put up with my dry sense of humor. In general, the kindness that I was shown by the Thomas Toyota staff made my car buying experience less painful and less stressful than I had been predicting the process was going to be. This was demonstrated again when Jason followed up with me the day after I purchased the car to confirm that I was still happy with my decision and that the car had checked out with my mechanics. Some suggestions of improvement that I would like to mention would be to provide the "Auto Check Vehicle History" up front. I had asked about the "Auto Check" several times, but is was not shown to me until right before I agreed to put money down on the car. Due to the car's history I seriously considered walking away from the sale. However, Colin and Nathan agreed to allow me to take the car to my own mechanics before agreeing to keep the car, which is the only reason I ended up buying the car in the end. Secondly, it took me five days to get a call back from the dealership, even though I called multiple times a day (minus Sunday) about some changes I wanted to make to my purchase. I don't know where the break down in communication took place, but it was frustrating to have to call so much and not get a response in return until I let the receptionist know about my discouragement and then she personally wrote a large note on my file for me to be called back. When I returned to the dealership to resign some of my purchase agreement papers, I was again greeted by Jason right away and met with Colin again who helped correct some of my papers based on the changes I requested in the extended warranty. It is my hope that I will not need a new car again any time soon, but I will defiantly consider going back to Thomas Toyota once I am ready for another vehicle, because at no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase or pushed into a car I did not want.
