I'm not easy to deal with I've been at Thomas Toyota a handful of times and each time, Jose patiently worked with me and answered all of my questions. I know I am not the easiest person to work with, as I'm pretty new to all the technology in the vehicles. He also did NOT refuse to see me, even though I wasn't there to buy at that particular time. How many other sales people do you know that will do that? Most will blow you off and not give you the time of day. Not here... not only was he willing to work around my schedule, the manager Nate, was the also one of the nicest people in the place. They did hammer me into a car and now I know that I CHOSE the right one... I wasn't sold into one!! More
