This was while back but I think still worth mentioning. Bought the car in May, 2011 from Thomas Toyota. Price was great and everything went well. I planned to do that myself but I also noticed that an air filter has "probably" never been replaced. I have never seen an air filter dirty as this one. It actually had bugs stuck to it. I called Thomas Toyota immediately and they told me to bring the car back and they will take care of the issues. I drove 30 miles one way just to find out that they are not responsible for the air filter condition. They offered to fill all the fluids which I agreed. Mistake I made was that I never checked the fluids after getting the car back from the dealership that day. I drove home just to find out that the only fluid they re-filed was windshield washer.
