He was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions thoroughly. Colin, Finance, was efficient and friendly. He is always able to answer any questions or concerns we have and gets us a good deal with our financing. I would and do recommend Thomas Toyota to my friends and family. This is our dealership for life! More

I gave Thomas Toyota 5 stars because of the great experience I had at their dealership. I went there after work because my husband wanted me to test drive a used Venza. It was a great car, but I wasn't too crazy about the color. I really wanted the Blizzard Pearl with the black interior. I went inside and they gave me a great deal on a new car. They had a white one, but it did not have the black interior. Vinny went above and beyond by going out to Jasper Indiana to pick up a white one with the black interior. Vinny was wonderful to work with. I did not feel any pressure to buy the car. I have never purchased a car without my husband. I know that this dearlership did not take advantage of the fact that I was a woman buying a car by myself. I know I got a fair price because we had been pricing the Venza's for a couple of weeks before my purchase. Everyone there was very friendly and the customer service was exceptional. I would definitely purchase another car from Thomas Toyota. More

I shopped around at various dealerships to compare services, products and prices and i finally settled on Thomas Toyota of Joliet. It meet all my needs. The prices south of I-55 truly are lower, new services, products and prices and i finally settled on Thomas Toyota of Joliet. It meet all my needs. The prices south of I-55 truly are lower, new and used, when I compared them to the dealerships on Ogden Avenue. This applied to all the dealerships south of I-55, not just Thomas. If settled on Thomas because the sales person, Nathaniel (Nate) made me feel as if he really would look out for me and would not view me just as a sale to be made and a commission to be earned, although, hey, I know it is the business. I did not feel that I was overly taken advantage of. They made money, sure, but they were also the lowest price. They made future contacts with them for service sound friendly, but we will see. I hope it will turn out to be as comfortable as the purchasing experience. More

I was already a toyota owner and wanted to move up to a newer truck.I searched on line found the truck I wanted. I was meet at the door by a sales person who was very courteous to me. I was shown the truck i was interested in they let me test drive it, took the time to help me finance it gave me a good deal on my trade in. Rex Smily was a very respecful youg man and was assested by Nathaniel Ragans together they got me in my newer tundra and I like it very much. they had the truck cleaned up before I left with it, very clean truck. I would say if all the sales pepole are like these to young men'' and if you go there they will help you get in the vehicle you are wanting. My fiancée and I came in to look at a used corolla and Camry we saw listed online. The cars were a little more scratched than we liked so Troy showed us a 2007 Prius he said would be in line with our and Camry we saw listed online. We loved the car but when he came back with the price it was definitely above our budget. However, he really worked with us and we found a compromise we were comfortable with. We didn't really expect to be driving away with a Prius today but we both really love the car and it is perfect for my job. We worked with Jim on the financing, and that process could not have been more pleasant. My fiancée bought a new car over the summer through this dealership and worked with Jim on financing; I'm so glad we came back and worked with him, he was friendly and prompt and really had our best interest at heart and got me a great rate for the financing. In short: I would recommend this dealership and sales & financing staff to anyone. More

Working with Sammie was a wonderful experience!!! Sammie wasnt pushy and he listened to what i wanted and made sure that i was happy. Daenan was personable and made sure the process was going smoothly and he wokred out a deal that we both could agree on. Usually signing finance docs are are horrible experience, it always seems like they are moving too fast, Colin took his time, made sure i understood everything and repeated himself if need be (even if i asked over and over).
