This dealership is awesome. Robert and Nate were focused on us and what we wanted not what they wanted to sell. They worked hard to show us options in our price range. The price was in every day talking not on us and what we wanted not what they wanted to sell. They worked hard to show us options in our price range. The price was in every day talking not your usual " Well my sales manager can't do that." The entire process was fast and easy, yet in depth and focused on details that mattered to us. The customer service went over the top when Jim in F & I offered us GAP ect., he explained the importance to us but never pushed. He was personable, honest, and knew what he was doing to make it easy to understand. I would say 100% YES you should buy from Thomas. More

i went in THOMAS MOTORS OF JOLIET on sept 18,2012,met salesman SAMMY SCOTT(very friendly and extremely helpfull)and financial manager JIM KNIZEK(i nick name him superman) I must say after this being our salesman SAMMY SCOTT(very friendly and extremely helpfull)and financial manager JIM KNIZEK(i nick name him superman) I must say after this being our 5th new car purchase,thomas motors has to be the best place in the joliet.il. area to buy a new or used vehicle. we went in with so so credit(thanks to oue lovely economic situation in the world right now)and Jim Knizek must be double jointed ,because he bent over backwards to get us in our new 2012 SCION IQ.And i must say ...I LOVE IT.... And for a final piece of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE....After the car was purchased,and filled with a full tank of gas,Sammy Scott took a dollar out of his own pocket to buy my husband a bottled water,bravo sammy.i cant say ive EVER seen that before from an employee. thank you very much THOMAS MOTORS OF JOLIET CINDEE PARKS More

All of the criteria above WOULD have been great until today. I had been working with Marco on an internet deal about a 2011 Camry SE that was in my price range. Emails had been sent back and forth and today. I had been working with Marco on an internet deal about a 2011 Camry SE that was in my price range. Emails had been sent back and forth and I let him know this morning that I was making a 3 hour drive from Springfield, IL to test drive the car. Marco was not in so I spoke with Lance who informed me that yes, the vehicle was still there and took my cell phone number to call me if it happened to sell. That was at 9:50 am. I get to Joliet at 1:15 pm and was told the car sold "an hour ago" NO call from Lance or Marco letting me know. Marco informed me he took the morning off to run errands or this never would have happened. So this whole day was a waste. I took a vacation day, my husband left work at 9 am, 3 hour drive and $100 in gas later I walk away with nothing but a bad taste in my mouth with this dealership. I'm sure this won't get posted but I hope somebody reads it and does something about these shady internet deals. More

I just recnetly purchased a new 2012 Toyota Camry SE from Thomas in Joliet. I work as a car salesman so I know the game. I went there expecting the high pressure situation, and hearing about how they wouldnt Thomas in Joliet. I work as a car salesman so I know the game. I went there expecting the high pressure situation, and hearing about how they wouldnt be able to get me close to the price I was looking for on my trade or on the car I was looking to buy. Well to my surprise it was quite the "OPPOSITE"! Walter was the salesman I had dealt with. I went in along with my mother and father and Walter was nothing but accomodating. He answered all our questions for us, and even let just the three of us take the car for the initial test drive. We didnt purchase on our fist day cause we wanted to do a little more homework on the car. Well we ended up back at Thomas a few days later and purchased the Camry. Walter was great and very friendly to us all. When it came time to do the paper work we worked with Jim Knizek. He was amazing as well. Very fast, very organized. Not like how the dealerships where I have worked were like. We were in and out within 2 hours and that was from walking in the door to leaving with the car. Just an amazing dealership and amazing service. I will definately reccomend them to other friends and family, and when it comes time again for another car, I will definately be going back to Thomas Toyota In Joliet. More

Never again will I buy a Toyota. This dealership experience was so bad I have to think Toyota Corp allows this type of practice. I've emailed, left voice mails with Marco and Jermain and neither wil experience was so bad I have to think Toyota Corp allows this type of practice. I've emailed, left voice mails with Marco and Jermain and neither will return a call. I contacted Toyota Corp and was told they had 3 days to contact me but that was 9 days ago and nothing. This was my first experience with a new car other than Ford, GM or Dodge and from this experience it will be my last. More
