Oil Change and so much more I brought my 2014 Kia Cadenza in for a routine oil change. In talking with Al, the service manager, I mentioned that one of the interior lights was w I brought my 2014 Kia Cadenza in for a routine oil change. In talking with Al, the service manager, I mentioned that one of the interior lights was working intermittently and that the low tire indicator had gone during the recent cold snap, but the tire did not seem low. Al had his techs completely remove the light, re-install and it was working. Al, however, ordered me a new one and said it would be in in about 1 week. The service tech spent a long time working on my tire. Come to find out, a small piece of wire had pierced the tire and was causing a very slow leak. The service dept fixed the tire and washed my car. Everything was fixed perfectly in less than an hour. More

Car shopping at its best! Recently purchased a used Kia Sorento and never thought it would be so easy. I identified a used vehicle and was afraid it would be sold so wanted to act quickly. I live in Western Mass and drove over an hour to do business with this dealership. Dealt with Brian Byington and he was so professional and knowledgeable. We had done our homework but he made sure to point out features we werent familiar with. Test drove the vehicle one weekend and returned the following weekend to negotiate the purchase. I had a car to trade in and wasnt very confident they could meet my financial needs. My husband and I were very pleased in the end. We also dealt with Bill Hunter who patiently stayed in the negotiating arena with my husband. It was clear he wanted to earn our business...and he did!! This is the second car purchased at Ron Bouchards and we can attest to their professionalism and honest straight forward sales personnel.
