He was very friendly and helpful. I test drove a few models and he was very knowledgeable about all of them. My experience with Stephen was one of the main reasons why I stopped looking and decided to buy at Bouchard's. I cannot say enough about the level of customer service I received from the Bouchard team - including Sales Manager - Austin McCarthy and the Finance manager, but most especially Stephen! Dont rule out all delars, due toone dealers unprofesionalism After a miserable experience at Auto Fair Nissan in Chelmsford I decided I would never deal with a Nissan dealer ever. I spoke with an Internet person After a miserable experience at Auto Fair Nissan in Chelmsford I decided I would never deal with a Nissan dealer ever. I spoke with an Internet person at Auto Fair who told me more than once I can get into a brand new Rouge Leased at $149.00 a month 12,0000 miles per year with less than $2000.00 down. When I got to Auto Fair I met the internet person who than introduced me to a salesperson who also verified what the internet sales person told me. My wife drove the vehicle loved it. We sat with the salesperson who said he would show me options on leasing and or purchase. I told him not to waste his time on purchase for we have not negotiated a final cost. Lets write up the lease for $149.00 a month for 3 years 12,000 miles per year. Well much to my surprise he comes back with figures as follows $406.00 month 3 year lease 12,000 miles per year. Not to mention after I told him not to give me figures on purchase he did it anyway. Talk about adding salt to a wound!!! I asked where the xxxx did you come up with a figure of a difference of $257.00??? He had no answer. Well I don't have to say what happen next. NOW FOR MY DEALING WITH RON BOUCHARD. I first spoke to Mellissa Prochnow. She called me two days after my experience with Auto Fair. She is internet sales at Ron Bouchard who saw my request over the Nissan Internet. I explained my poor experience at Auto Fair. She asked that I give Ron Bouchard a shot, it took a little convincing on her end to get me to come in. I did tell her not to waste my time if they were going to do the same. My wife did not want to go because of the situation that happen three days earlier so I decided to go alone. From the minute I got there I was treated A-1 by professional, courteous, knowledgeable, people. Mellissa introduced me to sales person Austin McCarthy. I have bought many cars through many dealers. Austin is defiantly on the top of my list salesperson. No pressure, answered every question, honest, worked with me. Within an hour we hade made a deal. My wife is happy with the car. Thank you Mellissa, Austin, Ray and all at Ron Bouchard who I dealt with see you in three years for sure More
