I like that my truck gets fixed in a timely manner but their is a lack in communication with the customer. It's been fantastic. When other dealerships quoted me 4-6 weeks to fix my truck, 3-5 days to even look at it, this service center looked at it same day and had it fixed a When other dealerships quoted me 4-6 weeks to fix my truck, 3-5 days to even look at it, this service center looked at it same day and had it fixed and back to me the next day. That was my first experience. Then I needed an oil change. I have one oil change remaining at Beck and Masten South (I guess Group 1 now?) but they now tell me that for a simple oil change it'll be 3 hours. Regardless of how far out I made an appointment. I just decided to forfeit that money and move to Ron Carter GMC. You guys got it done in less than an hour. With this last repair, you had my truck diagnosed, the part replaced, and the truck tested and ready to hand back within 3 hours. Are there things that you can improve, sure... but the things that really matter, speed, quality, and responsiveness, you've knocked it out of the park. You've definitely earned my business and will be my first stop anytime I need service or am in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you for not lowering your standards to what the other dealerships in the area have. More
