The guy that checked me in was great. I brought my Yukon in for 3 issues. A recall, adisplay issue where the checking guy clearly saw the discrepancy between the radio and the dashboard, I brought my Yukon in for 3 issues. Each time I was required to select the side mirror, but their technician could not reproduce the problem. Now I have to spend the time to reschedule another service call. Seems to be a lack of qualified technicians. More
