VERY EASY I had a fantastic experience leasing my Hummer EV truck from Justin @ Ron Carter! NO HASSLE! NO Strong Arming. NO Hard Negotiations. VERY EASY and pleasant to work with. I said here's my budget, let's get a deal done and 2 phone calls later, we had a deal done from the comfort of my home. From the time I emailed to inquire about the vehicle to agreeing on the price, to getting approved took less time than it did driving to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. I had gone to 2 other dealerships for the EV Hummer Truck and both were the same horrible experiences, unfortunately you expect when shopping for a new vehicle. The first had me waiting over 20 minutes for someone to help me, so I just walked out. The second, didn't have any Hummer EV Trucks in stock, but let me test-drive the Hummer SUV to get a feel for it. And although I communicated I wanted the Hummer Truck, they not only tried to sell me the SUV, but were strong arming me with the price. The next day I emailed Ron Carter to inquire if they had any of the Hummer Trucks in stock and they quickly replied that they were getting one in the following week. Justin was great to work with and communicated via text and email promptly throughout the day to ensure satisfaction and a smooth transaction. When I went to pick up my Hummer, Justin was VERY knowledgable about the Hummer EV and took his time explaining and showing all the options and features of the vehicle. It is a new vehicle with a lot of new technology and he was well versed in it all. Something I can't say about the reps from the other dealerships. All in all, Justin and the team at Ron Carter are 5-STARS! More
