Communication is lacking to non-existent. Service rep told me I would receive an update within 2-3 days. I called on fourth day and was told my car was ready. Working with the salesman, Misa Jelic was very efficient and enjoyable compared to past experiences with dealerships. After a model was selected the a test drive was undertaken and after selecting the model, Mr Jelic process the initial paperwork of the sale quickly and efficiently. While completing the paperwork I felt my wife and I were required to wait an unreasonable length of time to complete the sale with the Finance Manager, Jose Turcios. After finally meeting with Mr. Turcios, I feel we should have been able to complete the sale quicker since no financing was required. After finished with Mr Turcios, we returned to Mr Jelic and he assisted in setting up the UConnect app on our phones, reviewed the paper word for completeness before passing it onto us and ask on several occasions if we had any questions or unresolved issues concerning the sale. Finally giving us his contact information should any issue arise. More
