I was in early for my 2 pm appointment (2 hours early!) as I had business in Rochester at 1 My 2017 Volt came in for tire rotation and filter change. I was in early for my 2 pm appointment (2 hours early!) as I had business in Rochester at 12 pm, and could not go sit in Dunkin Donuts because of the coronavirus orders. So I went to Hilltop, which I knew would be warm and comfy seats for waiting. I had taken a book to read, so I was in no hurry, and explained that to Don. However, they finished the necessary work on my vehicle and sent me on my way in a short amount of time. The staff are all friendly and pleasant, willing to answer any questions I may have. More

Oil Change i'll tell you what I don't like is when I call in to schedule and oil change it takes a week to get in. Never experienced that with any dealer before. i'll tell you what I don't like is when I call in to schedule and oil change it takes a week to get in. Never experienced that with any dealer before. For example I have a Nissan Rogue at Somersworth Nissan and I get same day oil change, tire rotation and the y was the car. So I may not use you for that service. I still like you guys but I really haven't needed anything. Which is a good thing. More
