Literally the only positive thing I can say about this dealership was that Patsy my Salesman was very sweet, upfront, and informative. If it weren't for him, we would've definitely left and taken our business elsewhere and unfortunately for Patsy, probably will with all future purchases. After being told by Matt on the internet chat that he would "Double Check" to make sure the vehicles I were inquiring about were there since I lived 45 minutes away, he never got back to me. We showed up and one of the vehicles was already sold. The part of the process where Patsy went on a test drive with us and did all of his fact finding was great. After that the process was handed off to Skip, who is very rude, condescending, and arrogant. At no point during our discussions with him did we feel welcome, comfortable, or valued. After several hours and the computers "going down" we left without signing any paperwork and told someone would bring us those papers. Wouldn't you know that the papers we were asked to sign were NOT the same numbers that were agreed up and SIGNED by both parties the night before. When informing the dealership that this was wrong, I, myself was informed that I was incorrect and the information I had was inaccurate. The Signed document that I had sitting right in front of me was wrong and their computer number was right. After talking to the GM, Eric it was obvious that the customer must not always be right because once again I was told I was incorrect. Just a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. I called about an inspection and getting new tires mounted and told they were backed up 3 weeks on tire mounting which is something that can be done in 20 minutes. More
Service department is shady I have a 2017 Jeep Renegade and went to have the tire serviced. I have the tire warranty and it is all covered. It took them over 3 hours just for them to say they couldn't do anything. They lied and said they couldn't get ahold of my warranty place which I called and talked to someone instantly. They said it needed plugged. Then when I got there they had charged me got a NEW TIRE! no where did they say they were replacing the tire. Even though my warranty would have covered it, they said it would take an hour and a half and then called 5 minutes later saying to come get the car because they don't have the tire. So when I got there, the guy said "I have the tire, but it's in use we need to order." Needless to say said forget it I'll go somewhere else. I will never go back again. More

New 2018 Jeep - Fair, Friendly, Quick! Recently my vehicle was rear ended and totaled. Of course it couldn't have happened at the worse time, I am currently financially extended and wasn't Recently my vehicle was rear ended and totaled. Of course it couldn't have happened at the worse time, I am currently financially extended and wasn't in the best position to be purchasing a new vehicle. Not to mention I was in a time crunch. I live near Ron Lewis in Pleasant Hills so decided to make that my first stop. I spoke with Ken Shotter and was initially looking at a used vehicle to get me through until I was in a better position to buy something else. Ken showed me some used vehicles and mentioned with current incentives I maybe able to get into a brand new Jeep. I looked at a 2018 Jeep Cherokee with the tech and cold weather package. I took the vehicle for a test drive and told Ken I would have to think it over. Ken never pressured me to make a deal and was fine with me taking my time and coming back. I came back two days later and they were able to work with me and make a deal. The entire deal only took a couple hours and I was driving off the lot in a freshly detailed vehicle. While I was waiting on the vehicle to be prepared for me to take home the manager Jim came over and thanked me for my business and shook my hand. I appreciated the personal touch of him coming over to me. I had my previous vehicle serviced at Ron Lewis and have always had a good experience. I look forward to continuing that relationship with my 2018 Jeep. It's an added bonus the dealership is so close to my home, but the friendly, knowledgeable staff, no pressure sales, personalized touch and the genuine sense they actually were looking to get me the best deal the could is what really makes the difference. Starts with Sales, Kevin Cline & Tyler Stay are knowledgeable, professional, never pushy and make car buying enjoyable, dare I say fun! Sales Manager, Derek, worked great deals and stopped over to thank me for my business. When you need an oil change, inspection or service the Service team delivers that same enjoyable experience. I have worked with Don, Jeff, Brittany and John and they are cut from the same cloth. Professional, courteous, transparent and thankful for the business. My most recent visit was for an inspection & oil change and I was picking up after work. They were busy and I was waiting for a lot attendant to bring my car around. Tyler came over got my keys and brought my car around for me. That’s called teamwork and I was on my way in no time. More
