I did a build n price off gmc website and Ron Marhofer in Canton popped up matching the majority of the features I was looking for in a new truck. He had very calm, no pressure attitude, something I havent experienced at previous dealerships in the past. He answered all my questions and concerns which made the purchasing experience feel like a breeze. He was there every step of the way even after the initial purchase ensuring I knew how to navigate all the options on my new truck. He followed up a week later asking if I had any issues or concerns, dont hesitate to reach out to him. He is very customer focused and was a pleasure to work with. TERRIBLE TREATMENT and they really don’t care. I made a deal on a 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 HD on Saturday afternoon. I had an appointment at 10 AM the following Monday to trade in my truck and do the I made a deal on a 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 HD on Saturday afternoon. I had an appointment at 10 AM the following Monday to trade in my truck and do the paperwork on the new truck completing the transaction. The truck was sold before I got there after I had made a deal with Joanna on Saturday. Joanna even mentioned to me that it happens more often than you would think. LIVID! More

All individuals who assisted me with my purchase were very professional and helpful in all aspects. Individuals who assisted were sales associates Garrett, who I worked with to purchase, and Michael, who very professional and helpful in all aspects. The General Manager Scott and finance Corey were also very professional and helpful. The entire purchase was without high pressure tactics that are sometimes used at other dealerships which made this experience extremely pleasant. If you would like to work with a dealership that takes the time to work with you to get the vehicle that you are looking for, as this is what I did since the dealership did not have exactly what I was looking for on the lot, as well as work to negotiate on the price, I highly recommend that you take the time to come and complete your purchase at Ron Marhofer Buick GMC.
