A few issues i had with my latest swevice appt. 1- wrote down two phone number to be called at on the night drop off envelope- neither of those numbers were called. Finally, i called to ask about my enclave and told Terri the correct number to call. My home phone was called again and luckily i was home to answer. Again-told Terri what numbers to call. Shouldn't take 3 times! 2. Quoted for repair and had to inform Terri enclave service was under warrenty. 3. Was never told about loaner vehicles or drop off service. More
