Vehicle went in for service. Had it over a week past its appointment time before it was even looked it. I understand 2 days were the weekend and one day was a holiday. While I loved my salesperson, management I assume did something shady and sneaky when signing to own my car. The business made a “we owe” contract that we both signed, which basically means they have to something shady and sneaky when signing to own my car. The business made a “we owe” contract that we both signed, which basically means they have to fix these issues for the deal to go through- made me feel like they really cared about me having a safe car to drive off the lot. BUT when it came to signing the ACTUAL papers again they CHANGED it to say they owed me nothing, as in they don’t have to fix anything that my mechanic found wrong with the car- and did not tell me they changed the “we owe” deal we made. They did not fix the issues on the car which we agreed on. Not sure I’d come back here due to the dishonesty. More
