He did not stop being great after papers were signed. He took time with me on both vehicles to show me how things work. He also has answered my emails and texts since the sale. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and courteous. I would like to mention Robert Rainey who was so helpful on the day I picked up both vehicles. I would recommend the dealership to friends. More

Safety is not a concern here I will start off mentioning that the salesman Paul was very cordial and friendly. Now I digress...we went to look at a used 2007 Honda Accord for our I will start off mentioning that the salesman Paul was very cordial and friendly. Now I digress...we went to look at a used 2007 Honda Accord for our 17 year old son. I understand it was a $4500 car but let's get one thing straight...used or not the rear brakes should not be 3mm or less, and the right rear caliper should not be frozen. How do I know?...because the rotor had a rusted face whereas the other rotors were nice and shiny. The front brake pads were brand new....why not replace the rear brake pads?Secondly, the headlights were so badly hazed that during the test drive I had to keep asking if the lights were on. It may seem trivial but even the dome light was inoperable...I think that is a safety concern as well. In this day and age when you unlock doors you want to see the inside and make certain there's no one in the vehicle. A bulb is like what? 5 bucks at the very most. The Carfax said they inspected the vehicle...who inspected it? Stevie Wonder? The driver side wiper was shot, could not see through the freezing rain left behind every time it swiped. I understand it's an as-is vehicle but people are putting their kids behind the wheels of these type vehicles. You couldn't be bothered to spend less than $100 to fix these issues? That speaks volumes as to how much you really care about anything other than your bottom line. More

I felt like he could be trusted. He even encouraged me to gather information on my car. Nothing to hide here! The only thing that might have made it a little easier for the next internet sale Would be to explain how car shipping works or offer to arrange it. All in all I feel like I had honest, outstanding service from people who weren’t afraid to think and work outside the box. I highly recommend this group. Ask for Darryl. More

Excellent Service I worked with Robert Rainey in purchasing a new 2018 Hyundai Limited. He made the process seamless and easy even thought I live in Chicago and they ar I worked with Robert Rainey in purchasing a new 2018 Hyundai Limited. He made the process seamless and easy even thought I live in Chicago and they are in Ohio. Everyone on the staff was friendly and professional and the follow through was excellent. There was one small glitch, my brother picked up the car so he could drive it to me. He didn't notice that the temporary plates were missing until he got home about 45 minutes later. He called to see if they could mail them to him, but to our great surprise and delight they sent someone out with the plates that same day! I highly recommend the staff here and I really like my Hyundai!!! More
