I'm sure this doesn't happen all the time. I had the ABSOLUTE worst experience here. I got a text that said I was due for an oil change. I called them and SCHEDULED an appointment. I got a confirmation text for my appointment, 7:45 AM. I drop it off at 3am because of my work schedule. I get a call at 8:01 saying they're getting ready to pull my car in. They ask me if I want a few extra service totalling $400. I decline. I get a text about 8:30 asking me if I wanted to trade or sell my car. I didn't respond. I go to pick up my car about 2:30 pm. It hasn't been touched. I ask why. They said they were really busy. I said I had an appointment at 7:45AM. They proceeded to tell me how busy the were and they were sorry. I should have been the absolute first car they worked on. NOPE. I think since I declined the extra services they were mad and put it off . I just think a, "we were busy,sorry about that " is not good enough. They gave me a loaner. They acted like they were doing me a favor. I spoke with someone very high up. He apologized up and down. You are supposed to make things right when you run a business. NOPE. I basically got a sorry about that and that's it. I read all these reviews and really wonder if they are legit. Just an awful experience. I guess if you go there and they are going to make money off of you they will treat you great. More

Vehicle went in for service. Had it over a week past its appointment time before it was even looked it. I understand 2 days were the weekend and one day was a holiday. But the appointment was for Tuesday and we didn't get the car back until the following Saturday. More than what was quoted as well. Have had issues here in the past with paint warranty work as well. The sale was a easy and quick process. Service has been terrible. It’s been in four times for the same issue still not resolved last time they forgot to tighten the battery terminals, and Service has been terrible. Said you could inspect car Thursday so we dropped off wed night. No inspection thur or Friday. If you had not called sat morning that you inspected and would be done that day I would have picked up my car. night. No inspection thur or Friday. You wanted to upsell a flush n fill when it was done by you 12k ago when the engine was replaced. Heat shield just needed takes up but you say full replacement. Seems like you’re trying to upsell stuff I don’t need. I have received service like this in the past and really think your service needs an update. Get a consultant in to show your team how to do it properly. Also want to point out DeClane was fine but time promised to undo car vs what happened was so poor which is why he is getting a poor rating. Otherwise he is very nice More
