I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Tirapelli Ford. Back in October, I brought my car in for overheating and was told to replace the coolant reservoir. I paid nearly $300, but the is at Tirapelli Ford. Back in October, I brought my car in for overheating and was told to replace the coolant reservoir. I paid nearly $300, but the issue persisted — proving that diagnosis was wrong. Recently, after another dealership and my extended warranty confirmed the car needed a new engine, Tirapelli Ford dismissed those findings. I was told they couldn’t get the car to overheat all day, yet within 10 minutes of leaving their lot it overheated twice, nearly stalled at a red light, and now has a cylinder 4 misfire. I also doubt the car was ever properly test-driven, considering how quickly it overheated for me and the way it was oddly parked between spots when I picked it up. This dealership has repeatedly misdiagnosed my vehicle, wasted my money, and failed to provide honest or competent service. I cannot recommend Tirapelli Ford to anyone. More
Stopped by a few nights ago to look at the new bronco. When we walked in we were greeted with a friendly hello but that quickly changed! I believe the salesman’s name was Collin. I apologized for stopping When we walked in we were greeted with a friendly hello but that quickly changed! I believe the salesman’s name was Collin. I apologized for stopping in so close to closing time but told him we just wanted to look at the vehicle and would come back to test drive it on another day. He proceeded to find the inventory number and get the keys with a look of complete discuss. As we were walking outside he said, “I DONT MEAN TO RUSH YOU BUT I NEED TO RUSH YOU.” At that point I knew we wouldn’t be doing business with Ron Tirapelli Ford! After we looked at the vehicle for all of about 5 minutes he asked for my number and said he’d send a text and reach out so we could talk more. Well guess what, never heard a word back from him or anyone at the dealership. Their loss, we found another dealer with 100% better customer service than they had. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN A HOMETOWN DEALER THAT I THOUGHT WOULD BE EASY TO WORK WITH. More
if i could rate less i would. my wife went to get a simple oil change for her 2022 explorer, usually walks out the door paying about $60 plus taxes for it. Well, she was approache my wife went to get a simple oil change for her 2022 explorer, usually walks out the door paying about $60 plus taxes for it. Well, she was approached by Alex W. in service and not given transparent pricing information, and because she was quoted a $60 change in price, she accepted. Making the bill $120 not including taxes. Well, he did NOT in fact advise her of the extra labor that was apparently as much as the oil change. She called, twice, to leave a message with another advisor for the service manager, and again emailed. Still has heard nothing. This was over a WEEK ago. I will NEVER have her go back for service there, after coming home confused with a $200 bill. Ridiculous. NO clear communication of work being done, and even LESS of an attempt to make it right. I have worked at dealerships for 15 years and know this is not how they are run, if they are trying to make customers happy. More
