I was really impressed that Bryce went above and beyond by showing a video of the car before I drove out to see it. It was a great no presence experience dealing with Bryce. My wife and I went to Ron Tonkin Acura to look at the Acura MDX. I pointed out the red one to my wife. Salman our salesman grabbed the keys and unlock it for us. Right away we test drove it, and my wife Acura MDX. I pointed out the red one to my wife. Salman our salesman grabbed the keys and unlock it for us. Right away we test drove it, and my wife loved it. This was on a Sunday and we really were not expecting anything. We already had a car that we were leasing and we didn't think we could get out of it. Salman show us some numbers and well my wife walk right out the door. On Monday I got a call from Salman and told me we could very easily get out of our lease and get into the Acura for a little down and have close to the same payment. At first I was skeptical, and this was a to good to be true deal. Salman said it was all on the up and up. So I setup a time with Salman for Tuesday at 9 am. Everything went well. Everybody that help us was great. More

They are very thorough and upfront, check with you every step of the way regarding what they see that needs to be done and a price estimate for it with no pressure. I was caught by surprise this week when without notice, I received a first time charge for changing out my mounted snow tires. Then when I got home and unloaded the tires I found the simple plastic wrapping to be torn and extremely dirty. It was just the change in the little things that made me wonder if my customer support was beginning to weaken. My wife purchased a BMW last year and we’ve both been super happy with that purchase. More
