They pulled the old bait and switch when I bought my vehicle. They never return calls. When I dropped it off for the we still owe service I was told there would be a loaner vehicle there was not. Took my C8 Corvette Stingray in for its first warranty oil change. These cars now come with a PDR (performance data recorder, basically a dash cam with engine monitoring capabilities) guess their servic oil change. He felt it would be cool to hot rod it around the back side of the dealership shop. After reviewing the video I contacted the service manager and emailed the video to him. The service the technician came up with such an egregious story on how it went into neutral foot slipped on the accelerator and that revving the car to over 4000rpm was acceptable and was ok by the dealers opinion as nothing was damage and the car is a sports car and I should just accept it. This dealership took no responsibility for their technician mistreating my car. Its amazing to me that this dealership cares nothing about customer service, and just shrug there shoulders when the lose customers. Ron Tonkin Chevy!! pray more customers dont get dash Cameras... you would have no business!! More
