Was told I needed a part that is no longer made and that I would have to look in a junk yard. However, they would be happy to install it if I found the part.... After they kept my vehicle for over 15 days I would have to look in a junk yard. However, they would be happy to install it if I found the part.... After they kept my vehicle for over 15 days sitting at the dealership, I was allowed to take it home without the issue taken care of. I took it to Cooper's and they actually took the part out to inspect it. They cleaned it. It works great! No need for a new part! Tonkin was a waste of time and money! Never going back to Tonkin for service again! More

Both my husband & I have mobility issues and we were pleased not to have to spend time "walking the lot"--- Logan had the car pulled up front for us to check it out. There was no pressure to buy. (Impressive & appreciated). Logan presented information about the car in a professional, personalized and friendly manner! He knew what we wanted/needed and was very helpful in making it happen for us! And – the car only had 7,000 miles on it and was a 2022!! What incredible & fantastic customer service!
