Ron Tonkin Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat

I have been going to Jeep dealership for my oil changes since I bought my jeep renegade however, this one is the worst as right after they did my oil change, they must have either did something wrong to da since I bought my jeep renegade however, this one is the worst as right after they did my oil change, they must have either did something wrong to damage something because soon after this oil change, I had an oil leak. Why do I know this because I keep my garage floor clean and there were no oil drops whatsoever! At first I did not think anything of it, I am thinking they spilled oil or something like this but then the engine light comes on-So this is the question I will let you views come to a conclusion-these people do oil changes are looking under the car all day long why would they NOT tell me if they saw loose oil or a leak somewhere? If they did not do it themselves-Well I do not go back when my senses tell me there is something wrong with this work ethics-got a second opinion and it was not something simple-The other auto care person thought the same, why would they not tell me they see an oil leak? Not good NEVER EVER going to a dishonest dealership again!!! besides I heard the people that change the oil are newbies...great but yet the price is well over 100.00 for an oil change at this dealership. I came to buy a vehicle, I was not leaving without buying I drove 3 hours for it. I looked at my car and it was pouring rain I noticed what we thought were cracks on the sunroof but couldn’t tell for sure due to the down pour and the dark night sky. Their sales guy lied straight to our face and said no it’s not cracked it’s just rain puddles, we were skeptical but went through with it. Next morning sunny skies and sure enough the entire fixed sunroof is cracked everywhere. I look at the original listing of the vehicle and of course they hid the cracked sunroof in their ad. I call the sales guy and he says sorry but we can’t help you it’s sold as is. I leave a review and then Zander Biggers calls me and says no let’s fix this that’s not right, I get in contact with my ford dealer here in town and they make contact with Tonkin and as soon as it comes to scheduling repair and payment Tonkin starts ignoring their calls and is now refusing to call or email me and my local dealer back. This was in February and it’s October and I still for the life of me can’t get a single response. I’ve called and called and the front desk lady says oh yes they remember you they’ll call you back. Jacob specifically said he wants to help me and get this taken care of but again nothing. DO NOT buy from them unless you want meaningless back and forth. Never again. More
