Easy car selection but bad pickup experience So it was easy to connect with car I found online and select. That was smooth process However the pick up of car was not good. We were told to be ther So it was easy to connect with car I found online and select. That was smooth process However the pick up of car was not good. We were told to be there at 4:30 to pick up car. We waited until 5:15 and they finally came out and said it is still not ready and it will be at least another hour and a half. We came back in an hour and waited an additional 40 minutes and didn't leave until after 7 pm. We live in Newberg which is 45 minutes away. We did not expect to wait 3 hours for car. What also made the wait even worse was that the car had less than a 1/4 tank of gas and we had to get gas to make it home. From a customer satisfaction standpoint, I was disappointed in the customer service timeliness in them not being prepared with car after having a whole day to prepare car and then making us wait almost three hours and giving us a car with the gas tank closer to empty than a 1/4 tank More
