Being upfront with them about our credit history and telling them our needs they went out of their way looking at inventory available at another lot in giving us a car we will have in our family for years to come. Their looseness and friendliness took the stress of us where we could kick our shoes off while signing the paperwork and chatting about our kids, and theirs and other small talk that made me feel like these people really cared about the experience we have and how we are feeling. I just want to thank our salesperson for being helpful, kind, funny, honest, and caring about our car needs and the sales manager and loan specialist for taking a chance with us and in turn giving them a new friend and future business from their neighbor from down the street, thank you again and we hope that anyone who reads this will see that other places on mcgloughlin just don't compare to Tonkin Truck Center and the excellent service they offer everyone.
