Horrible Service Dept, called 22 times and only received 2 calls back and vehicle was in the shop for 3 weeks, 2 weeks past quoted time. Initial price quote was not given, after a week in the shop and some 2 calls back and vehicle was in the shop for 3 weeks, 2 weeks past quoted time. Initial price quote was not given, after a week in the shop and some work done, price quoted was $1600. 3 weeks later dealer called stating vehicle was done and now was $2500+ with no discussion on pricing or change. Vehicle left the shop and the overheating issue remained which ultimately was a simple fix, replacing the thermostat. Unfortunately, son was in college and lives over an hour away and had no other choice but to go to this dealership which was right down the road. Dealership will not make it right, so take it from me save your money, time, and frustrations and avoid this service dept, this dealership at all cost. More

Brought my Ram 1500 in for a recall on the tailgate latch issue. After keeping it for 2 days, the dealership gave my truck back with my infotainment system not working.
