Ron Tonkin Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat

LED Daytime running lamp is out on my truck. Common known problem with the new lights. Take the Ram in the first time. Did 3 recalls. Didn't bother to look at the light. Drove it straight back. Don't check the vehicle in for a week while it sits there. Then call and say it's done but possibly not fixed. Sure thing. Still same issue. Best part was, the RO says they saw the problem and asked parts for a new light. Then says later they changed some settings. All these lines are dated 12/19. They call me on the 28th to say it's done. To ad insult to injury, the Ram app says car didn't move from 12/12 to today. So I honestly have no idea what they did. Will not be back. More
