I bought a new Kia from Steve in April, he's a good salesman and I love my car. Due to a military transfer, 8 months later, I found myself forced to sell it. So, I contacted Steve, received a verbal ag salesman and I love my car. Due to a military transfer, 8 months later, I found myself forced to sell it. So, I contacted Steve, received a verbal agreement from management but 3 days later returned for a written agreement. Steve wasn't available so I met with Breez. Things went south with him. First he would not honor the agreement, offered me $5,000.00 less stating he can't even sell the cars he has now. He's great at staring you down and trying to intimidate you. He's rude and it's very sad, he sells Kia's but appears to me that he doesn't think highly of them due to the way he spoke so negatively about them. Doesn't deserve even one star More

I’ve never had such good communication and service with a car salesman before. The only trouble I had was on the phone with a finance person who was persistent about buying an extended warranty. But when the dealership learned of this they apologized and switched me to another person. Overall I was very pleased with the deal and the people that I worked with, especially Jared Peters. If you are interested in a different vehicle, I would go to Ron Tonkin Kia and ask for him. More
