Initially, I felt pressured to make a deal and my time was not respected. Follow up was good and an appt. Was scheduled to test drive a vehicle. Upon my arrival, after driving 1.5 hours, my appt. Was forgotten and the vehicle to test drive was not available. I was then informed there was none and would have to come back after the first of the year. A similar vehicle, premier, was found and I test drove that one. The one quoted to me was not available in inventory and was told I had to wait. Then one was found. I specifically requested the tow package to be included and it was forgotten. Things were added to the price without an explanation and in my opinion I was over charged and was in a rush as it was close to closing. I called and inquired and follow up was only given as they needed more information from me. Getting information requested took several ours as they were too busy dealing with other customers. I let them know I was disappointed and dissatisfied and there was no effort put forth to change my experience. More

Our salesman Jake Ryan was the absolute best! He got us everything we wanted, including driving 3 hours each way to a different dealership to trade car and get us the color and options we wanted.
