We tried to make our deal as easy as possible by selecting the vehicle beforehand and getting our credit union financing set prior to our visit. We did our research and we just wanted a fair quick deal and they proceeded to conduct the worst business experience of my entire life. I specifically asked them not to run my credit because i had a credit union pre approval, and they tricked me into pulling my credit. Then they grossly low balled my trade. I get dealers need to make money, but like i said, we were being fair by expecting a $1,000 less than trade in value. They hit us $4,000 below our figure. On top of it all they were extremely rude and nasty. The whole experience reminded me of some 1980's used car comedy movie, but it wasn't funny in real life lol.
