Best car purchase experience I have had. Emailed for more information after I saw the truck on the internet. They took it into the service department for a oil change, while I was filling out paper work. Found it needed an oil leak fixed and a wheel bearing replaced. They had to order the parts. Good price, heavy on the extended warrenty pitch Came in to see a truck that looked clean online and was confronted by a clean truck in person. Was happy with the price and quality of the truck. During the negotiaction the second sales person who my purchase was handed off too came back numerous times with a payment including a service warranty I told them I didn't want. Also the salesman used interest rate quotes (first offer was 1 point higher than the next) to try to convey it was in the payment amount range I wanted. Things like repeatedly trying to sell me a extended warrenty after telling them I wasn't interested and manipulating the payment amount by changing the interest rate are reasons I rated this dealership as average. More
