After the test drive we went over the costs and he offered a very good deal, including expelling all available incentives from KIA and how to take advantage of those. After we finished the purchase, he went over all the car's features with her, so she was comfortable with the new car. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new KIA. More

He thoroughly I object to a couple of Financial charges. See below. However, Allan Bell, the Ron Tonkin Kia salesman who worked with us, was super. He thoroughly explained the car's features during the test drive. He was friendly and professional. If you decide to look at cars at this dealership I would encourage you to ask for Allan Bell. The only down-side was with the financing. Tonkin charges $115 for the service of submitting your title and registration to OR DMV AND another $35 for "Optional Electronic Filing Fee". This may be standard in the car industry, I don't know. However, as part of the profit for selling a car (Tonkin has a mark-up on all cars they sell) isn't this part of the cost of doing business? But the customer has to foot this expense separately! Also, $35 for "electronic filing fee". REALLY??? In this day and age charging for something that happens in the course of business and happens when a "send" button is clicked. That seems ridiculous. Just a [sneaky} way to suck extra dollars out of the customer. I am surprised Tonkin does not charge the customer an extra "sanitation fee" for having the trash cans emptied at the end of the day or an "illumination fee" for providing light in the office so the customer can see the contract! (Hopefully, I have not given the financial guys any ideas they will act on.) More

Top notch service! Last week, my wife and I finally decided to take leap and go for a Kia Sportage. I did some search and found my dream suv. The Kia Sportage SX-Turbo. Last week, my wife and I finally decided to take leap and go for a Kia Sportage. I did some search and found my dream suv. The Kia Sportage SX-Turbo. I filled out the “get a quote” on the website. Within 5 minutes, Our very nice, knowledgeable, salesman Allan Bell, called me. I informed Allan That I saw the SX-Turbo for sale, he told me that, the SX has been on the lot for 4 days. I immediately told him, I was very interested in it. I told him what down payment we were leaning towards. Allan said we can work with you and get a deal going, we made an appointment for Monday. When we arrived Allan himself, was drying the SX because it just came out of the wash. I took the SX for a nice test drive, then we stepped inside, I filled out a quick form, and within minutes, I was showed the APR and monthly payment. To get the APR a little lower, we had my wife also go on the loan. That also took minutes, we both agreed on the terms, and had a great conversation. Allan informed us, that the SX would be available the next day to pick up, so that they could detail, full service, and fill the tank. We were in and out under 2.5 hours. Truly amazing service. More
