Clint Robertson, our service advisor, called me with good news. Once the technician took the brakes apart, the pads were at a 6. He took this info to Clint and said, “They don’t need new brakes but we can replace them if that’s what they want” I was blown away by their HONESTY! Clint further stated, “We never want to sell you something you don’t need” They put the car back together and I walked away without a charge and a HUGE smile on my face! More
