Family cars at the right price I visited Kia in search of finding a 3 row SUV for our growing family. I had a sport sedan that was in a current lease that just wasnt fitting us anym I visited Kia in search of finding a 3 row SUV for our growing family. I had a sport sedan that was in a current lease that just wasnt fitting us anymore. I spoke with Jaron on the phone and discussed my interest in the sorento and concern of breaking a current lease and bringing it to a different dealer. Jaron reassured me it would be no problem at all and to go ahead and look at some sorentos online and scheduled us a time that was convenient for us to come look with no obligation. We showed up at the dealer, greeted right away, got the car appraised, test drove, discussed color preference, and of course pricing. We were helped by a gentleman named Travis but just couldnt find a comparable car payment to what we already were paying with our trade in. Right as we decided we would have to keep her current car lease Jaron joined the conversation and helped us address where our problem was with pricing. We were able to find a car payment lower than the current lease as well as had a wash with the negative equity in the current lease with all the rebates Jaron could offer. Wait time was a little long for the vehicle to be cleaned and tested by the mechanics but was understandable because we were supposed to be sent home with a loaner and would have had to come back for the car purchased. They made the service happen same day and we were able to drive it straight off the lot. Jaron provided awesome customer service and will be our point of contact for future sales at kia. The financial lady was also very pleasant and connected on a personable level. More
